Fixed scope, fast — and it ends with work, not paperwork. We find the thing eating your week — the thing you still do by hand that should run itself — and fix it, live. One real repair, plus the map: which three things matter, why, in what order, and what they're costing you.
A$750. You don't leave with a report — you leave with something fixed. The fee credits toward a build, if you continue.
